Gallery 21  2010 Intake Form

Gallery 21 will be open to the public from  Friday, November 26 through Sunday, December 5 between 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.  
We will be closed Thanksgiving Day, November 25.  This year we will be open during Balboa Park's "December Nights," Friday December
3 and Saturday, December 4.

All beaded items for sale should be delivered to Viola Sullivan’s house on Monday, November 8 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 
Thursday, November 11, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  The address is:  11353 Bootes Street, San Diego, CA 92126  (in Mira Mesa)

If you can’t make it on these two delivery dates, you may drop off your beaded items for sale at the Gallery on set-up day, 
Wednesday, November 24 between 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or contact Viola at 858-566-1654 to make other arrangements. 

Pick-up day is Monday December 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. only.  
 
Please insure that your beadwork for sale is priced and that the price is listed below.  
20% of each sale will be paid to Spanish Village.

The Bead Society is not responsible for any theft or damage which occurs while pieces are for sale at Gallery 21.  Care will 
be taken to arrange pieces so as to discourage theft.   It is up to each volunteer to insure the safety of everyone’s work during their shift.
